Subscriptions are on a yearly basis. The 2020 fees are $80 US for individual subscribers and $135 US for institutions.
Please ask the Managing Assistants for shipping charges.
Changes of address must be sent to the editor 30 days in advance of the preestablished publishing dates. Undelivered copies resulting from address changes will not be replaced.
